A tour of the best and most beautiful private gardens in Putnam County, NY. This country driving tour will bring you to private homes and sites with formal gardens, perennial flowering landscapes, pastoral fields and vistas, and herb and flowering vegetable gardens throughout Putnam County. Garden Tour tickets: $30 in advance/$40 day of tour. A benefit for children and adults with developmental disabilities. • Self-guided driving tour around Putnam County
• 10 gardens on the tour including Boscobel House & Gardens (gardens only) in Garrison and Stonecrop Gardens in Cold Spring. Private gardens located in Garrison, Cold Spring, Kent, Carmel, Mahopac, and Brewster.
• 3 new gardens this year.
• Tours of private gardens not open to the public. Owners will offer tours around their properties
• Tour hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
